Active Futures Trust

Purpose: The Trust exists to promote health,wellbeing, and community participation by improving access to physical activity for adults with disabilities. The Trust aims to reduce barriers to movement and sport by providing inclusive opportunities for exercise, recreation, and physical development.Through accessible programmes and community partnerships,the Trust supports individuals with disabilities to improve physical health,independence,confidence,and social connection within their community.
