Purpose: We support people aged 50+ living with rare and ultra rare genetic disorders causing significant health challenges with Peer mentor basic helping and support training; Living well and pain management workshops; Internet based rapid response and isolation busting support events; Community support for pain management meds and tools; Clinical & nursing specialist scholarships for development roles bridging community referral gap; Provide other support and assistance as consistent with our Deed.
