Purpose: Our charitable purpose is to advance the wellbeing of tāngata whaikaha (disabled people) in Taranaki by providing services, supports, and opportunities that are beneficial to the community. Te Rito Whaikaha o Taranaki benefits disabled people of all ages in Taranaki, including those with impairments, access needs, developmental or long-term conditions, and their whānau. All activities are undertaken to deliver public benefit and to improve equity, inclusion, and wellbeing within our community.
