Hangatare Limited

Purpose: The company is an asset-holding vehicle: it holds/managed commercial assets so that profits ultimately flow to Hokotehi Moriori Trust (via the company's parent company, Kopi Holdings Limited) to advance the Trust’s charitable purposes (as set out in the Trust Deed), with controls to prevent private benefit and to keep assets within the charitable ecosystem.
