Purpose: Whakatauki / Our vision providing well-being services is our main pivot; however the scale of health and social challenges being faced by our people combined with the impacts of Covid19 means we need to be thinking about our scope, our role and how we best meet these challenges both now and in the long term. Our strategic plan sets out who we are, what we do and provides our four step up goals to respond to the challenges we face. It clearly shows how we will achieve our vision of Tino Rangitira
