Offload
Purpose: Offload is about changing the conversation and bringing mental health to the forefront and developing this culture within the club. The Offload programme takes coaches, managers and senior players through 4 leadership topics (personal philosophy, effective communication, building team culture and coach capability) where they establish a strong understanding of themselves and their leadership style.
