Cycling Without Age Napier Trust
Purpose: The purpose of the Trust is to carry out the functions of the international Cycling Without Age movement by providing at no cost, recreational outings by trishaw primarily for the elderly, disabled or low mobility residents and others socially isolated by illness or disability within and around Napier.
