Purpose: Vision: Whanau living healthy longer Purpose: To support our whanau from dying too young due to complications of type 2 diabetes and empower them with knowledge to enable this positive change (Huringa Pai) Mission: We want to screen our whanau for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes and empower them with the knowledge and support to self-manage these and make sustainable positive lifestyle change, by walking alongside them Our whanau: Our focus is Tairawhiti, the East Coast, New Zealand and Pacific Islands
