Weightloss Surgery New Zealand Trust
Purpose: The Trust's cash and property assets are to be administered solely for the charitable purposes outlined under its General Aims below, and as are consistent with the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and are intended to operate for the benefit of promotion of and education about public health in New Zealand for those who are considering or have had bariatric surgery, or anyone whose health is adversely affected by being overweight.
