Purpose: To reduce disparities in health, education and employment to Maori, whanau, hapu and iwi in the Bay of Plenty . To provide health services to the elderly, infirm and disabled in the Bay of Plenty in particular Maori. To organize and create educational and employment opportunities for Maori in the Bay of Plenty
