Purpose: The Main objectives of the Trust are: - To Provide and establish a community centre to promote fellowship, goodwill and understanding amongst people of various backgrounds in NZ - To undertake voluntary, philanthropic, humanitarian and charitable services - To promote and advance educational, religious and cultural activities for the understanding and wellbeing of the community - To organise, hold and host functions and events to mark and celebrate religious and cultural festivals - To promote better understanding and appreciation of the principles, practices and teachings of the hindu faith - to cooperate and make contributions to other charitable and religious institutions and organisations
