Purpose: The New Zealand Hansa Class Association Incorporated operates exclusively for charitable purposes to benefit the community. Our core objectives are to: • Benefit the community by encouraging and fostering the enjoyment of the competitive, recreational, and social aspects of sailing, with a primary focus on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion for people with disabilities. • Promote, regulate, and develop fair Hansa Class racing under uniform national rules for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities while upholding clean sport principles. • Provide an accessible medium for the exchange of technical, safety, and community information among Hansa sailors across New Zealand.
