Te Awanui Hauora Trust
Purpose: Te Awanui Hauora Trust provides a registered nursing clinical community service, a Community Nurse Led TeleHealth Service, health promotion, health and advocacy services that contributes to the Hauora and well-being for the residents of Matakana and Rangiwaea Island communities’. The service also provides a non-clinical mental health service for Rangatahi.
