Hornby Community Care Trust

Purpose: (a) To provide care, relief, and support for people in need, including those who are experiencing hardship, illness, disability, ageing, or social disadvantage, with a particular focus on the Hornby and wider local community. (b) To promote inclusive community development, reduce social isolation, and support the evolving cultural, social, and wellbeing needs of the Hornby community. (c) To establish, maintain, and support buildings, facilities, equipment, and amenities. (d) To support and operate social enterprise initiatives, including training schemes and employment pathways (f) To provide training, guidance, and leadership development for individuals engaged in delivering or facilitating the Trust’s activities, including governance and succession planning (g) To collaborate with other organisations and agencies to strengthen collective impact and ensure responsive, coordinated support for community including confidential and accessible health and wellness services.
