Tuapeka Community Health Company Limited

Purpose: The primary objects of the company shall be limited to those classified as charitable within New Zealand and in particular to relieve poverty principally amongst the residents of Lawrence and Tuapeka District: - the administration of a hospital and health centre, treatment for the poor, sick and infirm and the provision of community health care in all its form for the residents of Lawrence and Tuapeka District; - the provision of advice and assistance with regard to the establishment and operation of enterprises whose activities are directed towards the aims; - the promotion and implementation of schemes of community benefit of a charitable nature within the Lawrence and Tuapeka District; - the administration of a retirement village, primarily but not exclusively for the residents of Lawrence and surrounding districts.
