Purpose: To provide counselling and personal and practical support to people individually or collectively, presenting emotional, domestic and social difficulties. To promote preventative Social Service work and liaise with other Social Service agencies. To adapt to and meet the needs of clients in a supportive, therapeutic and holistic way.
