For subsidising rental accommodation in homes, hospitals, sheltered houses or flats operated by PSC; C. For providing accommodation for those who are not permanently resident in a home but who require interim, intermittent, convalescent care; D. for providing for community care of the confused elderly and the psychiatric elderly.
